These Terms and Conditions will be part of the contract between the customer and Swift Choice Ltd, trading as Swift Choice Supplies. All products sold by Swift Choice Ltd are sold under the brand name 'Swift Choice Supplies'.
Swift Choice Ltd is registered in England & Wales. Our registered office is Unit 8, Heston Industrial Mall 5th floor, London TW5 0LD, England.
Orders & delivery charges
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. When you place an order to purchase a Swift Choice Supplies product from Swift Choice Ltd, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, with the details of your order.
The final acceptance of your order will be complete at the time we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. Any products from the order, not confirmed in the invoice enclosed with the Dispatch Confirmation email, have not been purchased and paid for.
The ownership remains with Swift Choice Ltd until the complete payment of the order has been made.
At this point we will also provide a delivery timescale and confirm any carriage costs. For most UK orders this will be 5-7 working days, but it can vary depending on the size of your order and the time of year.
Minimum Order is £150 (ex VAT) regardless of where your order is being delivered to, and will be subject to usual VAT charges.
All invoices are on pro-forma basis only (your order will be shipped once we have received payment for it).
Delivery cost is £5 for orders between £150 and £199.99 (ex VAT). We offer FREE delivery within UK mainland for orders over £200 (ex VAT).
Prices & Availability
All prices are given in Pound Sterling (£) and are exclusive of VAT. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time. The prices do not include delivery charges which are added to your order at checkout.
Although we try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
All displayed products are subject to availability - we do display real time stock information on our website, however we also take orders offline and so we cannot always guarantee availability of items particularly when stock is low. You may still order out of stock products if we have more on order - you will not be charged for these until we dispatch them.
Payment Terms
Our Credit Terms are 30 days from the date of invoice pending credit references. 30 days Credit Terms is only available for our UK customers and from the second order placed with us.
Failure to make punctual payment entitles us to our rights to damages and to suspend any outstanding deliveries, or to cancel the contract without prejudice. We understand and will exercise our statutory rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
While every effort is made to send complete orders, we reserve the right to make part deliveries.
All items should be ordered in pack quantities or we reserve the right to amend to the nearest multiple.
Returns
We currently do not operate a sale or return policy.
If an item is missing in your order or if you have received an item damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
Please also send us any photos of the damaged items where appropriate. Our customer team will deal with your request on an individual basis.
Please allow 7-14 working days for processing credit requests.
Selling on Third Party Platforms
Swift Choice Ltd does permit the selling of our products through third party platforms.
Display on the Website
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
All products are sold as one piece and the price displayed is for one unit, unless otherwise stated in the product name that the product is a set and contains multiple pieces. Most products are sold in a minimum carton quantity (usually 6 or 12), and we are unable to break cartons. Many of our products are sold in an assortment, this means each carton will be made up of two or three different colours or designs - this will also be clearly stated.
Please note that we expressly forbid customers to copy our product descriptions for use on their own website(s). Our descriptions are there to offer guidance when purchasing Swift Choice Supplies products and should not be replicated anywhere else.
